Morgan: The Old-Fashioned

Morgan White has been a scooper at 402 Creamery for over a year, and she loves recommending flavors to customers. “I always try to convince them to get Almond Brittle, but I help them find the perfect flavor for them,” Morgan says. A modern twist on a classic, "Almond Brittle with Salted Ganache" is her absolute favorite. This signature flavor features the familiar taste of butter brickle ice cream, with the bonus of a rich, salted chocolate ganache. “It’s the perfect mix of sweet and salty,” Morgan says, “I can’t stop eating it when I’m at work.” 

 

Megan: the Adventurous

As the production manager and longest employed member of production at 402 Creamery, Megan Owens has created her fair share of flavors, but “Gimme S'more '' is her favorite. “Gimme S’more” is a sweet potato cream cheese base with dark chocolate stracciatella pieces and graham cracker pecan crunch. “It sounds like a lot is going on, but it’s honestly so delicious,” Megan says. Available only for the month, this flavor is a fan favorite. 

 

Gina: the Dairy-Free Fanatic

Gina Roberts is one of the original team members at 402 Creamery. She is lactose intolerant, but that doesn’t stop her from enjoying 402 Creamery ice cream. “It may seem funny for someone who’s lactose intolerant to work at an ice cream shop, but 402 always has such yummy dairy-free flavors that it doesn’t even matter,”  Gina says. Her favorite flavor is the "Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip," which is a vegan and gluten-free peanut butter sorbet with chocolate pieces throughout. “It’s so creamy that you wouldn’t even be able to tell that it's dairy-free,” Gina says.
